The study program is designed as a professionally oriented bachelor's program, with an emphasis on practical preparation of graduates for technical activities in the field of mechanical engineering.
Graduates of the study program possess both general and specialized knowledge at the bachelor's degree level in mechanical engineering, with a focus on automation, robotics, and quality control. They have a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental types of control systems for CNC machines and industrial robots, as well as the procedures for creating and modifying CNC programs and robot control sequences. Graduates are also well-versed in metrological assurance and quality control methods used in mechanical engineering production. They are proficient in the principles of technical drawing and the fundamentals of automated system design. They are capable of measuring and inspecting component dimensions and geometric features using appropriately selected metrological equipment. Graduates are able to analyze problems and independently propose solutions related to the design and operation of robotic workstations, as well as address issues arising from non-conforming products. They are prepared to work effectively as team members and to manage teams at an appropriate level of professional responsibility.
